Welcome to Florida Authors and Book Lovers

The idea for Florida Authors and Book Lovers website came from my work with the Instagram page Local St. Augustine Authors and the St. Augustine Writers and Publishing Professionals Facebook group, which I created to support our local authors and to get them more exposure. 

It did not take long for me to realize that this was not an issue isolated to our local St. Augustine authors, and so the account was renamed the Florida Authors and Book Lovers Bookstagram account.

While the Florida Authors and Book Lovers bookstagram account is a great start, I see a need for something more permanent. In Instagram posts featuring authors and their books, I cannot add a direct link to their author websites. I can do this here. Here, I can do more in-depth features and truly support authors all around. 

This website is dedicated to promoting Florida authors and connecting them with Florida book lovers and readers across the world.
